Are your ladders able to be funded?
Yes! We have had many ladders funded by various organisations and funding providers including ACC and Enable. Please get in touch and we would be more than happy to provide you with a quote to take to your provider.
How do I contact you?
If you need to contact us about anything at all, please visit our contact page or send an email to topsyturvynz@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours Mon-Fri.
I have received my order but I have changed my mind, can I return it?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow change of mind returns or exchanges once the item has been dispatched.
If the item is returned before dispatch, we have to take 5% off the order to allow for the service fees.
If your product is faulty, please email us some information and a photo of what has happened to topsyturvynz@gmail.com and we will help to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a payment instalment plan?
Yes! We offer an Afterpay option. We can also work alongside customers for a more personal payment plan, for example 3 x payments over 3 months etc.
Where do you deliver to?
New Zealand and Australia. However, please contact us if you are from Australia before ordering as pricing will vary greatly.
Are your swedish ladders safe?
Yes! Our ladders are CE certified as well as an NZS5828 certified and as long as they are installed correctly can hold over 100kg. We do not recommend using the ladder if you are over 110kg.

Topsy Turvy NZ Limited provides safety guidelines and instructions with each product, and it is the responsibility of the user to follow them carefully.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Typically 3-5 working days once dispatched, however this is out of our control and is dependant on the situation with the courier company at the time of dispatch.
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
Please allow 5 - 7 working days for an item to be dispatched. This is due to the customised nature of our product.
Who do you ship with?
We use Post Haste.
Does your product have a warranty?
Yes. We have a 6 month warranty on our products. This is for private use and does not cover any use that is deemed unsuitable for our products. Please see our refund policy for more detail.
I haven't yet received by order, what should I do?
You should receive tracking details once your items/s have been shipped.
We cannot track every customers order end to end so we advise customers to keep an eye on tracking and if there is any delay either contact Post Haste yourself or reach out to us and we are happy to help.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on what item is ordered and where you are located. However we do have flat rates for all our products.
