Refund policy
RETURNS:
Topsy Turvy NZ stands by the quality of our products and we will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase, however the following conditions apply:
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss a return. However, please note that we cannot refund or cancel orders due to a change of mind.
- We cannot replace items that are damaged as a result of negligent use, weather exposure, or that were purchased more than six months ago.
- If an item is in stock, we will exchange items that are returned within 21 days of being received by you. If the item is not in stock, normal lead times will apply.
- We will only accept returns of faulty items if they were faulty when delivered to you. You must inform us at topsyturvynz@gmail.com any faults within 7 days of receiving the goods. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and will only accept items that appear to be faulty. If we have a replacement in stock, we will replace the faulty item. If not, you can choose to receive a credit note or a refund for the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to the extent that such limitation or other contracting out is prohibited by that Act.
FAULTY PRODUCTS:
All Topsy Turvy NZ products are covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt. If there is a minor fault, we may in our discretion repair or replace the goods or we may choose to issue a partial/full refund depending on the issue.
Please note that the warranty will be void, if the defects are caused by improper use of the product and we are unable to replace items that are damaged due to negligent use, weather exposure, or where 6 months or more has passed since the date of purchase.
