Shipping policy

FLAT RATE NZ SHIPPING 

Our aim is to provide the most affordable, but also secure shipping to our customers based on their delivery location. Delivery charges vary depending on what item is ordered and where you are located. However we do have flat rates for all our products, calculated at the checkout. 

I HAVN'T GOT A TRACKING NUMBER

If you didn't receive a tracking email, please check your junk mail first. If you received your tracking email but your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after 1-2 days it has been dispatched, feel free to email us at topsyturvynz@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners. We will process and send your order as quickly as possible, once it has left us it is in the hands of the delivery companies, and whilst we can help you track the shipment, we have limited control over the delivery of your order. Please allow 7 - 14 days from order to reciept of the product, due to the nature of the customisation of our products.You can email topsyturvynz@gmail.com if you wish to make an enquiry.

We sometimes offer items for pre order if we are out of stock and more is due to become available soon. Arrival times are estimates provided by our shipping partners.
